What the site collects

• The contact form collects your name, your email, and your message so Annie can answer. A person check runs first. Cloudflare Turnstile processes that check.
• The basket stores the goods you set aside in this browser, on this device. A discount code you type is stored the same way. It stays there until you clear it or finish checkout.
• Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects the name, email, shipping address, and payment details needed to take payment and send a receipt. Annie receives the order details she needs to pack, ship, and refund. Annie does not store your card number.
• The discount list on the home page opens your email app. Annie receives that note only if you send it.

What Annie does with it

She uses it to answer you, pack your order, ship it, and refund it when the refund policy says so. She does not sell your personal information.

How long she keeps it

She keeps order details as long as tax records and shipping questions need them. She keeps a contact note so she can reply. You may email her and ask her to delete a note. She deletes what she can remove without breaking a tax record or an open order.

Children

The shop is not directed at children under 13. Do not send a child's personal information through the form.

Storage and cookies

The site uses this browser's storage for the basket and a discount code. Stripe and Cloudflare may set their own cookies when you pay or when the person check runs. Annie does not run an advertising tracker.
