This is the shipping policy for Annie B's Garden in Tallahassee, Florida. The latest version is dated 18 October 2026.
Where Annie ships
Orders ship to addresses in the United States. Checkout collects that address. Annie does not ship outside the United States.
When it leaves the garden
Annie packs the order from the garden and hands it to the carrier within 10 business days of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, not federal holidays.
If Annie cannot ship within those 10 business days, she emails you, tells you the new date, and offers a full refund if you do not want to wait. That offer stays open until the order ships.
The delivery charge
The basket shows the delivery charge before you pay. That is the charge Stripe adds to the order.
The carrier
Annie chooses the carrier. A Stripe receipt confirms payment. It is not a tracking number. If she has a tracking number, she can send it when you ask at anniebsherbs@gmail.com.
Until it is delivered
The goods are Annie's responsibility until the carrier marks them delivered. After that, a loss is covered when the carrier confirms the parcel is lost. The refund policy explains replacements and refunds.
